The people behind gordon.
A board and management team with deep experience in Canadian capital markets, mineral exploration and corporate finance, united around one goal: building a domestic source of tungsten at the Tungsten Tail Project.
Ryan was raised around Canada's capital markets and started his career at Difference Capital Financial, a Toronto merchant bank, before serving as Head of Business Development at Wek Corp.
In May 2025 he co-founded Freeport Recovery Group Inc. (Twelve Mile Recovery), which he continues to lead. The company has raised $2 million, operates two CARF-accredited addiction treatment campuses in St. Catharines, Ontario, and employs a team of more than 30 people.
At Gordon, Ryan leads corporate strategy, capital markets and the advancement of the Tungsten Tail Project.

As Chairman, Mike provides board-level governance oversight and strategic counsel to the management team.
