Vancouver, British Columbia — September 25, 2026 — Golden Spike Resources Corp. announced that its change of name to Gordon Mining Group Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on a one-for-five basis would take effect at market open on September 30, 2026. The common shares began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new symbol "GORD" with new CUSIP 38277A103 and ISIN CA38277A1030.

Consolidation details

Prior to the consolidation the Company had 60,566,666 common shares outstanding; following the consolidation approximately 12,113,333 common shares are outstanding, subject to rounding. No fractional shares were issued; fractions were rounded down to the nearest whole share. Outstanding stock options and warrants were adjusted proportionally.

Rationale

Both changes were approved by the Board of Directors under the Company's articles and did not require shareholder approval. The Board believes the new name better reflects the Company's strategic direction and that the consolidation provides greater flexibility for financing, business development and acquisition opportunities.

The rebrand does not change the Company's focus on acquiring and exploring mineral assets in Canada and other low-risk jurisdictions.
